If you need to change your order or cancel it, please get in touch with us via email 

) as soon as possible. We are able to assist with any orders that have not been dispatched, unfortunately if the order has already been processed and dispatched we are unable to modify or cancel your order.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

While we always love to help support our community, we are a small business and can't always afford to give out free stock. Only rarely will we sponsor events with free stock, however we will be able to offer wholesale pricing if we feel the event is brand and business aligned.

Does CAPI sponsor community events?

Amazon delivers CAPI across most of Australia, including metro and many regional areas. For the fastest delivery and widest coverage, check product availability directly on Amazon and enter your postcode — they'll let you know if delivery is available to your area.

Where does Amazon deliver CAPI to?

Our sucrose is sourced from sugar cane, and the fructose we use is derived from corn starch. This is 

 high fructose corn syrup; instead, fructose is commonly extracted from corn starch as a natural sugar source in many food and beverage products. We ensure all ingredients used in our drinks are 100% natural, and of the highest quality for a balanced and refreshing taste.

What are the sources of sugar and fructose in CAPI products?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer pickup from our warehouse.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

Not all stores carry our full range, but our most popular flavours are widely available. For access to the full selection, check out our Amazon store.

Do all stores stock the full range?

Yes — Amazon offers a "Subscribe & Save" option, so you can set up repeat deliveries and never run out of your favourite CAPI. Plus, you'll receive a discount on every order!

Does Amazon offer subscriptions or repeat deliveries online?

We've closed our online store and subscription service to reduce our environmental footprint and hand over fulfilment to the experts. Partners like Amazon can deliver more efficiently and at scale - meaning fewer shipments, faster service, and a lower impact overall. Your subscription has now been cancelled and you won't be charged again. If you'd like to keep regular deliveries going, we recommend setting up a subscription via Amazon.

I used to have a subscription through your site - what happened to it?

Please get in touch with your account manager, or the customer service team of your distributor.

As CAPI does not manage delivery from the distributor to the venue, we're unable to advise on the whereabouts of your delivery. Customer service information for each distributor can be found on their respective website.

My delivery didn’t arrive from my distributor. What do I do? 

CAPI offers wholesale pricing via our network of Distributors. If you’d like to become a stockist and access our wholesale pricing, please get in touch via the form below.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We can only guarantee that product quality will be at its best up until the best before date printed. After this time, while the product will usually be completely fine for a while longer, there is a possibility that quality will start to decline.

Can I use CAPI past its Best Before Date?

Whilst we would love to service our customers outside of Australia through our online store, we are not currently setup to facilitate international shipping. If you’re located outside of Australia and are interested in purchasing CAPI, please reach out via the form below and we’ll see if one of our international distributors can help.

Please note that CAPI is available via a local distributor in the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Vanuatu & Mauritius.

Can you ship internationally?

Rest assured that any sediment you might see in a CAPI bottle is 100% intentional and actually a reflection of a naturally made product. Because our products use real ingredients and not the synthetic stuff, sometimes there is natural sediment in the drink. Just give it a shake and you’re good to go.

There is sediment in my drink. Is it okay to drink?

Don’t panic! Due to the size of our CAPI cartons (14kg and above), it’s not uncommon for orders to sometimes be split into multiple deliveries that may arrive on different delivery days. If it has been more than 3 days between deliveries and you have not received your order in full, please get in touch with our logistics partner by contacting 

 and providing your consignment number.



Only part of my order has arrived. Is the rest on its way?

Our Windsor location is CAPI’s Head Office. As we are just an office, we do not hold stock on hand for pickup.

Can I pick up from your Windsor location?

Sure can. After choosing to purchase via subscription, as opposed to a one-off purchase, just select the delivery frequency you would like from the drop-down options: either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.



Can I choose the frequency?

The perfect ratio of a 2 part mixed drink is 30ml spirit and 125ml mixer. Our 250ml bottles make 2 mixed drinks and our 750ml bottles make 6 mixed drinks.

Rest assured that if a product is out of stock, we’re doing our best to get it back in stock as quickly as possible. Feel free to use our contact us form to be updated with an approximate timeframe for when it will be back.

Where can I buy CAPI from online?

We make every effort to get your drinks to you in perfect condition. If your order has arrived damaged, please let us know via the form below and we will work quickly to either issue a replacement order or a refund.

I don't have a distributor in my area. What do I do?

We add food-grade carbon dioxide (CO₂) during the bottling process to achieve the sparkling quality you expect. This way, we can carefully control the carbonation process for consistency and quality across all our bottles.

How do you carbonate your Sparkling Water?

Due to the seasonality of the natural ingredients we use, there can be variation in the flavour of our drinks from time to time. If you're concerned, we recommend that you get in touch with us below and we'll be happy to help you out.

My drink tastes different than usual, what do I do?

We do our best to ensure that all deliveries arrive promptly. Check out the guide below for estimated transit times.

For special occasions or event-specific orders we recommend allowing a few days buffer to make sure your CAPI arrives on time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You’ll receive an email from us with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched, usually 1-2 business days after you’ve placed your order. Your tracking number should contain the prefix ‘CPB’ and will be 14 digits long. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us via the form below and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I track my order?

CAPI is proudly preservative free, all ingredients are natural and you won't find anything artificial across our entire range.

Do CAPI products contain any artificial ingredients, artificial sweeteners or preservatives?

Our freight partner has a weight limit per shipment which equates to 10 CAPI cases. If you need to order more than 10 cases, you can either process multiple orders through our online store or get in touch with us via the form below and we will help find an alternative solution.

I want to order more than 10 cases. What do I do?

CAPI water is completely safe to consume for both mum and baby.

Can I drink CAPI water if I’m pregnant? 

We do not offer express shipping options through our online store. If you’re worried about timing or need to receive your order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.

Do you offer express shipping?

Each of our products has a different shelf life due to its unique ingredients. You can find a drink’s best before date printed at the top of each bottle. As a general rule, most products will last 12 months or more if kept unopened and stored in a cool, dry place.



What is the shelf life of CAPI?

Yes to all three! You can manage your subscription yourself via the customer portal. You will have been emailed a link to this after placing your first subscription order and can also access it via clicking the account icon on the top right of our website. If you’re having trouble accessing your account, just get in touch via the form below and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I skip an order, put my subscription on hold or cancel my subscription?

We understand that all bottled water has an environmental impact, which is why we've worked hard to ensure our packaging is 100% recyclable. Enjoy your CAPI with the confidence that we're doing our part to minimise our footprint.

Are CAPI bottles recyclable?

We always source the best ingredients for our drinks and choose organic where possible. Due to the number of ingredients across our range however, this is not always possible. None of our products carry the certified organic label.

Whilst we don't use any animal products in our drinks, our products are not vegan or halal certified.

Are CAPI drinks Halal, Vegan or Organic?

We do not add fluoride or chlorine to our water – or anything else for that matter! However, small amounts (less than <0.01mg/L) can naturally occur.

Do CAPI waters contain any fluoride or chlorine?

Amazon offers quick and efficient delivery across Australia. Prime members can enjoy free next-day delivery on eligible items, making it a great option when you're running low.

We believe our retail and online partners can offer a faster, more efficient and more sustainable delivery service than we can, so we've closed our online store to reduce our environmental impact and focus on what we do best - producing premium water and mixers. You can now shop CAPI via our online retailers, or find us in store at major and independent retailers Australia-wide. 

Can I still order CAPI from your website?

Watch this space! At the moment, we don't offer discounted pricing on our subscriptions however it is something we are looking into and may change in future.

Do I get special pricing if I order via subscription?

I didn’t receive my order. What do I do?

Product quality is of the utmost importance to us at CAPI. Given this, our products are rigorously quality tested on a regular basis to ensure we produce a premium, consistent product at all times.

Who do I contact to discuss sponsorship proposals?

First, touch base with your distributor to find out when their next delivery is expected. If you still need help, you can reach out to us and we’ll try and work out an alternative solution or provide more information on expected restock timing.

My distributor is out of stock. What do I do?

Both our Still & Sparkling Mineral Waters are sourced from springs located in the Victorian Highlands. 

Where do you source your mineral water?

Can you deliver to Northern Territory or Western Australia?

A subscription means you don’t have to worry about manually ordering each time you need a top up - plus you can easily pause, skip or cancel any time.

To get set up, head to the product you’re after and select the ‘subscribe’ option instead of a one-time purchase, select your preferred frequency and complete the order as usual. You’ll be charged for your first order only to begin with and then each week, fortnight or month depending on the delivery frequency you’ve chosen.

We always recommend reviewing the standard delivery timeframes for your state before placing your order. If the date that you need to receive your order by precedes our standard delivery timeframe for your area, your order may not arrive in time.
