Ingredients
  • 30ml gin
  • 30ml sweet vermouth
  • 30ml campari
  • 60ml CAPI Low Sugar Grapefruit
  • Grapefruit skin twist
Method
  1. In a mixing pint, add gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.
  2. Add ice and still until chilled.
  3. Strain into a white wine glass with fresh ice.
  4. Top off with CAPI Low Sugar Grapefruit Soda.
  5. Garnish with the grapefruit twist.
