Promoter: This competition is run by Fresh Local Pty Ltd ("The Promoter") in collaboration with Mingle, Maison Balzac, Kurrajong Kitchen, Health Lab, and Yarra Valley Dairy.

Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents only, excluding residents of the Northern Territory. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Promoter and participating brands, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

Entry Conditions:
To enter, participants must:

• Follow all participating brands: @capisparkling, @mingleseasoning, @kurrajonglavosh, @healthlab, @yarravalleydairy, and @maisonbalzac on Instagram.
• Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
• Share the giveaway post to their Instagram story.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

Competition Period: The competition opens at the time of posting on Thursday November 21st and closes at midnight AEDT on November 28, 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Prize: The prize pack is valued at over $1,000 AUD and includes:

• 5 x cases of drinks from CAPI
• 'Everything Pack' from Mingle (pack contents may vary based on available stock at the time of the prize draw)
• Le Jardin Jug & Gobeletes from Maison Balzac

Prize Conditions:

• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with using the prize.
• Prize items will be shipped to the winner’s provided address within Australia, but cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
• The 'Everything Pack' from Mingle may vary depending on stock availability at the time of the prize draw.

Winner Selection: This is a game of chance, and the winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries using a computerised random selection tool. The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing.

Winner Notification: The winner will be announced via the CAPI Instagram account and contacted through Instagram Direct Message within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

Prize Delivery: The prize will be shipped to the winner's Australian residential address within 30 days of the winner's confirmation. Any perishable items will be replaced with a Coles gift voucher if they cannot be shipped safely.

Privacy: Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition. The Promoter will not share personal details with third parties except as required for the fulfilment of the prize.

Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if they believe there has been a breach of the Terms & Conditions or any unlawful or improper conduct.

Liability: To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or from the use of the prize.

Changes to Terms & Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time, including extending, canceling, or postponing the competition if necessary.
