  • 50ml blanco tequila
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 10ml agave syrup
  • 25ml coconut milk
  • 50ml CAPI Charred Pineapple
  • Charred pineapple wedge
  1. Rim a rocks glass and roll in salt.
  2. Add all ingredients except the Charred Pineapple Soda into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until shaker is frosty.
  4. Top off with CAPI Charred Pineapple Soda and give a quick stir.
  5. Strain into your salt rimmed glass and garnish with a wedge of charred pineapple.
