  • 30ml rum
  • 1/2 lime cut into wedges
  • Top off with CAPI Charred Pineapple
  • Lime wedge
  • 1 mint sprig
  1. In a mixing shaker add lime wedges and mint and muddle.
  2. Add rum and ice and shake.
  3. Pour contents of shaker into rocks glass and top off with CAPI Charred Pineapple Soda.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprigs.
