Global on-premise cocktail engagement is strong (cocktails are now the 4th most popular category out-of-home), with flavour exploration and no/low options rising fast (CGA). In Australia & New Zealand specifically, Gen Z is disproportionately cocktail-curious - around 31% of Gen Z choose cocktails when they’re out, making them a high-value spring audience for venues.
